From what was in the videos, it doesn’t have to be a certified GP, anyone who can provide the proofs of life will do, also, they are not signing for the whole entire document, only the proof of life, the rest wouldn’t be their responsibility.
Just right click on video and it will show the rumble link that you can copy and open.
