The councils can continue to do that under guidance. What really needs to be addressed is why our council in Napier is giving our clear, fresh water to companies to sell it and we have a water ban.
Realistically, it’s all about the price, which needs to be competitive.
Make sure they have cameras on at all times, even the best of us are prone to anger, we are only human.
Generational input also has a lot to answer for.
