Hi Janine,
I am doing my UCC filing.
Do we put our LASTNAME CESTUE QUE VIE TRUST for the debtor as it is shown in your example?
In Collateral do we put the same as we put into the PPSR claim?
You mentioned you would post a document that showed what collateral you had put into your PPSR? You didn’t go into much detail about the UCC filing.
You also mention to add the value of 1 billion dollars – can you add more instruction around the UCC as it seems the most important to get right but it was the least explained in the video.Love you work 🙂

Another Question is what is the Security Agreement you mention in the UCC filing instructions that we need the numbers for?

Also I noticed this in the affidavit of status and life – Under the Indemnity Agreement No.HHI-DOB-initials-001 dated the number day of the Month in the Year Two Thousand and Twenty-Four the Secured Party is indemnified against any and all claims,
Where is this Indemnity agreement? Will have to have it correctly referenced in the filing
