A mentor helps to train someone and they then in turn become the mentor for the next to learn (Mentoring helps reinforce the training they just went through).

    Apprentices:
Various industries and occupations require training. Apprenticeships were a way to help new people into a trade (electrician, plumber, builder, mechanic, chef etc etc).

Some industries maybe restructured to help one another rather than compete.. Currently it might be a builder who overseas all the different companies to do their bit, which could take ages to complete a new home build. Just the paper wars with council could take months for approvals let alone the building inspections etc (with councils now in liquidation there are no longer all those paper wars).

Imagine a future home building industry that has combined many small groups to more efficiently pool resources to get the jobs done. Been told of multiple work crews building railways housing back in the day, some did digging for plumbing & cables then onto next section, others did foundations on one home then moved onto next closely followed by another group who did structure, roof, bricklayers doing outer walls, plumbers, electricians, insulation, gib stoppers, painters etc etc.. the kit outs taking a couple of weeks start to finish, one after another finished rapid fire (village / suburbs built in a year or two time frames?). The materials used to build houses may change in the future too. Been informed of hemp construction blocks, can be made to interlock that are insulation, sound proofing, fire resistant in one. Various other products to consider, wool carpets, wool insulation, copper piping for water supply, old fashioned lighting rather than harmful LED.
