Many small communities use to have a petrol station. Most are run down and abandoned. How about rebuilding small communities starting with essentials like petrol stations & workshops kitted out to help their local farmers. Quick fix could be shipping container as diesel tank (bladder in the shipping container). Then truck the container & drop it where its needed. This along with kitting out or rebuilding general store, meeting hall, fire station, others will move there fixing and building new homes too.
